I found the program incredibly simple to use and created a ringtone in seconds. I have sent it to my iPhone several times, however, and it does not show up under Settings/Sounds/Ringtones. The program tells me that it has been sent, and it shows the information about powering down, etc., but no ringtone. Any help would be appreciated. --- LaFaye Sutkin

I have downloaded the software and do not see the ringtone in the iPhone. I am using a new iPhone 5c with firmware iOS 7. I used a standard mp3, but the converter kept the format in mp3 and from what I have gathered iPhone does not recognize mp3 for ringtones. I turned off the phone and back on after it was "sent to iPhone". Can you offer any insight to making this work with the iPhone 5c? --- Rob

Q: It created the ringtone, says it was sent to the iPhone, but my iPhone 5s doesn't list it in sounds. It appears in the iTunes library, but iTunes says it can only create ringtones from songs purchased from itunes. Any fixes?
